Learn The “Sprint Pass”, Live Competiton Footage
There are many variations of the above pass, but the one universal key is to clear your opponents legs and flatten them back out. This is a great way to pass if you are a good athlete, or you are smaller than your opponent. I only call it a “sprint pass” because I have no idea what else to call it. I am not a “move-namer”, so it’s just for reference.
