Maca Warrior Acai Smoothie and Sorbet
One of our new favorite concoctions is the Maca Warrior Acai Smoothie. It is super-charged with superfruits, vitamins, antioxidants, protein, and other things that are meant to help your body recover and become healthier.The recipe is listed below.

We would also like to suggest something that was personally very successful for Tyler in preparation for this years World Championships. To jump start his diet for the Worlds this year he did the “Maca Warrior Diet”. A diet consisting of 3′ Maca Warrior Acai smoothies a day along with some sort of small snack (usually fruit or organic health food bar). Tyler felt energetic and refreshed on this diet and was able to lose the first 5 pounds of his weight for the Worlds with complete ease. We recommend this approach to be used for only 4-5 days at a time, but results will be seen after just 1-2 days.

Maca Warrior Acai Smoothie Recipe:
(all ingredients available at local health food stores)1 packet Samabazon Acai Smmothie Pack (unsweetened)
1 whole ripe banana
1 scoop vanilla whey protien
2 tbs Maca powder
2 tbs Maqui powder
1 tbs Hemp seeds or Pumpkin seeds
1 tbs Goji berries or Goji powder
2 tbs Royal Jelly and Bee Pollen
1/4 cup blueberries
1/2 cup Almond Milk
Directions: Add almond milk, blueberries, seeds, and Acai to the blender and blend until completely smooth. Next, add the remaining ingredients and do the same (this allows for an easier blending process). Remove contents and enjoy!
To make Maca Warrior Acai Sorbet:
Empty the contents of the blender into a Tupperware container and put the container in your freezer for 4-5 hours. Take out the contents and enjoy your sorbet.
