The above video provides some small details into the drills, training, and concepts our competition training team is incorporating into our Worlds preparation this year. These were designed, in-part, with the Money Jiu Jitsu concept in mind. It’s important to spend lots of time drilling specific situations. Technique is very important, but timing is everything.
