Never Too Old To Jiu Jitsu
In anticipation of the first ever IBJJF Worlds Master Seniors Jiu Jitsu Championship we created this tribute to some of the jiu jitsu greats who competed long after they exited the “adult” criterion. It goes to show if you have the heart will and determination you can take jiu jitsu to whatever realm you want.
Both of us here at BishopBjj.com are far from being masters division participants, but there is truly something to be admired by these incredible competitors. For example, how many times has Saulo retired? His heart and determination won’t let him stop pushing and competing, and I think most of us are thankful that we can still see someone of his caliber on display.
