This new video shows clips of Jena’s preparation for the Mundials this year. The BishopBjj.com crew takes pride in our dedication to preparation for the major tournaments. For those that don’t know, Tyler and Jena both work full time, and still make time to train twice a day. Not to mention, they run a little website called BISHOPBJJ.COM in their spare time! The Bishop family feels that the preparation is vital to the performance. If you want to be the best, you have to train to be the best.
